Would you like to provide additional information in an existing civil case (legal proceedings between two citizens)? Or do you wish to start a new file? You can do this in four simple steps:

  1. Log in;
  2. Identify your case using the known case number;
  3. Select the competent entity and location;
  4. Upload the desired documents.

Is this a new case? If so, you should send the initial application under the specific case number of the court or tribunal where you are filing the application.


Request access to a file

Do you have a court file with an investigating judge or at the correctional court? Using your file number and details of the competent court, you can easily request online access to this file. Once approved by the relevant registry, you can view your judicial file digitally.
