File documents in an existing case
Use this service if you wish to provide additional information in an existing civil case (proceedings between two citizens) Identify your judicial case online using the known case number, select the competent entity and location and upload the required documents.
Not all courts currently offer the option of filing documents digitally for a citizen, company or lawyer. Check whether this is already possible at your court.
Note! Before filing a deed that requires a payment, you must attach proof of prior payment of the contribution to the Secondary Legal Aid Fund. Your deed requiring a payment is not valid if you have not submitted this proof of payment, so it will not be processed. Check here if you are eligible for an exemption. If this is not the case, you are advised to make the payment first (24 euro). You can do this using the specific account number of the court or tribunal. Afterwards you can file the deed here.

Start a new case
Follow the steps below to start a new file. In a new case, send the introductory application under the specific case number of the court or tribunal where you file the deed.
