What can you do here

Consult your court file from the correctional court

Here you can request access to your court file. You will need to provide details including your national register number and the capacity in which you are requesting it. Once approved, you can consult the file online.

This type of access is temporarily limited to specific types of file. All cases involving sexual violence, domestic violence or murder and manslaughter can be consulted digitally. This service is available from the judicial enquiry up to any appeals against the court decision.

Note: the investigating judge determines how you are allowed to use the file. If the file is still in the judicial investigation phase, you may not yet be allowed to view the file or certain parts of it. The investigating judge may also determine whether you are allowed to print out the file using your own resources when viewing it.

Consult your judgement from the police court or justice of the peace

Judgements or court decisions are official decisions made by the court regarding your case. When a judgement is issued, all parties will receive a copy (the transcript) of the decision within five days.

Not all transcripts are available digitally. Currently you are only allowed to view a copy of final and intermediate judgements in criminal cases at the police courts (as of 22 November 2021), in civil cases (as of 5 June 2023) and from the justices of the peace (as of 1 January 2023).
