Request for admission to the National Register for Court Experts

The National Register for Court Experts, Sworn Translators, Interpreters and Translator-Interpreters contains all natural persons who are authorised to act as experts in court. The register contains a list of experts who meet the required quality criteria in terms of professional competence, training and legal knowledge.

Since December 2019, judicial authorities are required to call on experts from this register. You cannot work as an expert for the judiciary unless you are registered.

The National Register contains, among other things, the following data:

  • the surname of the expert;
  • contact details;
  • the specialisations of the expert;
  • the identification number;
  • the languages in which he/she can act as an expert.
